We made from Vegas to Old Pasadena in 3.5 hours...lots of mtns and desert...San Gabriel Mtns still had snow on the peaks...walked around downtown in Pasadena to get a taste of the local flavor, including lunch at Russell's, then heading out to the Rose Bowl..gotta work my magic to get in...then off through Beverly Hills to the hotel...temp in low 80s and hazy/smoggy....
