We made it to Las Vegas...weather is beautiful....We went directly to Red Rock Canyon after picking up our car (upgraded to a Chevy Equinox)...Red Rock Canyon is one of the most beautiful geographical sites we have seen...Didn't see much wildlife but geology was extraordinary...Experienced the In-N-Out Burger just off the strip, very good local fast food flavor...April had a delicious chocolate milkshake...Staying tonight at New York New York...not impressed with strip atmosphere so far: cross between PCB and Biloxi....nap time before we walk the strip, really only want gto see the fountain show at Bellagio...Going to try to find something decent top eat for dinner... got to adjust to hours b/c things won't be open as early as I want them to be based on our body clocks....will post more pictures later tonight.
