Day 6 - College/Stadium Tour & Hollywood

Today was adventurous because we saw two major universities, the upscale Hollywood area via Sunset Blvd, then one of the oldest baseball stadiums. We were able to get in the top deck of Dodger Stadium and had some of the best views of San Bernandino and downtown LA....Couldn't get in Pauley Pavilion or The Colliseum, but did meet Coach Lane Kiffin and went out on Dedeaux Field...The UCLA Hall of Fame with all the national championship trophies gave a big WOW factor.

Beverly Hills Hotel (for those of you who remember the original 90210 will remember this 'pink palace' as the location for many of BHHS formal events!) and other shots...

UCLA.....

Dodger Stadium

Hollywood sign from Dodgers Stadium ...haze keeps it mostly hidden.

The Coliseum & Staples Center (We were NOT @ Game 7 last night, nor did we take part in the aftermath of the Lakers' win.....crazy stuff (bonfires in the road, car jumping, etc) happening during the 'celebration'!

University of Southern California.....

Dinner at Pink Taco very near the hotel....pretty good Mexican! April called it the Mexican version of Hooters due to the waitresses uniforms....they did let guys work too, but they just had regular t-shirts on....we didn't get a picture of that, but here's the restaurant....
